We are a Christian Camp and exist to make Jesus known!
From our rustic cabins and lodges and intimate walking trails to the abundance of fun activities, a visit to Hargis is an experience that will leave a lifetime of memories. Nestled at the base of Signal Mountain, Hargis Christian Camp is more than just a camp. It is a little slice of Heaven.

About Your Stay
Hargis Christian Camp has 6 different lodging sites with the capacity to host as many as 315 individuals throughout the camp. Some lodges are better suited for smaller church groups with rooms as small as an 8-person-per-room capacity and other lodges as large as 130-person capacity. All of the lodges have bunk beds. We provide paper towels and toilet paper. All toiletries, such as soap, shampoo, etc. are not provided and should be brought by individuals.
We do not provide linens of any kind. Individuals will need to bring twin-size bedding and their own towels.
Each room has individual showers and toilets with shared vanity space.
We request that if your group needs to cancel that they let the event coordinator know at least 6 weeks prior to your visit.
No pets are allowed.
Events & Activities
Hargis Christian Camp does not organize events for groups renting our facility. The only events that we organize are the 3 weeks of summer day camp where we do our own programming. We do ask that you email our Camp Director, Kellie, your schedule at least 6 weeks prior to your visit.
No. We do provide lifeguards upon request. The renting organization is responsible for paying lifeguard fees for the number of hours that lifeguards are requested.
Clothing, swimsuit, shoes, sunscreen, towels, blanket, pillow, sheets, and all toiletry items.
